Korean population edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Koreans, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add your reference to the article. Thank you. And I have no idea what you are referring to by "Korean Manchurian descent". cab (talk) 04:08, 4 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I'll ask you again: please cite a cite a reliable source if you want to add that crazy 100 million number in other places. I for one find it completely unbelievable. cab (talk) 04:46, 4 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I asked you repeatedly at Talk:Koreans#Korean-Manchurian descents about this. Would you please stop posting the same comment over and over again in the middle of the page, and reply at that link instead? Thank you. And sign your comments using four tildes: ~~~~. cab (talk) 10:48, 5 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Once again, please add your comments at the BOTTOM of talk pages, not in the middle, and sign your comments using four tildes, like this: Your comment goes here. ~~~~ cab (talk) 08:01, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Koreans in China. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Your first comment was moved to Talk:Koreans in China#Population, at the bottom of the page where it is supposed to be. Do not repeat the comment again, as this just wastes everyone's time. Instead, find a reliable source such as a newspaper, population census, or government website, which gives this population number. cab (talk) 11:02, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. . This edit [1] directly contradicts the cited source. cab (talk) 11:11, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unblock: South Korean population update. Please read the article " Population of Korea surpasses 50 million mark" www.Korea.net Actual South Korean population is 50,087,307. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bostonjj (talkcontribs) 08:07, 4 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
The problem is not the population being a few percent bigger or smaller, the problem is that you kept editing without bothering to give a source (and refusing to follow talk page conventions like signing your posts) after being repeatedly asked to do so. And the North Korea figure? Ever since you claimed there's 107 million people of Korean descent in northeast China [2], it gets very hard to believe any population numbers you give without a source. cab (talk) 08:20, 4 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
And furthermore, read your source more closely [3]: "Korea's population stood at 50,087,307 at the end of last month, with 624,377 foreigners living nationwide." That is to say, 49,462,930 people of Korean nationality lived in South Korea as of October 2007. (How many of those are also members of the Korean ethnic group as opposed to people of other ethnic groups who naturalised is another question entirely). cab (talk) 08:27, 4 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please Read this Two articles before making any kinds fingerpoint judegments.

Cab, your not Korean or Korea specialist. Have you done any research on Korea??? If not please refrain yourself making any kinds of judgements toward opinion different from yours. I have been very patient with you. Your comments and your articles on topic ( Koreans and Yanbian Province History) is very bias. On the side note Manchuria was never part of China. China itself is very superficial state. What claims to be Chinese culture or Chinese provinces is very superficial. Please keep that in mind when you comment on others who disagree with you. In another words be " Open Minded Person" to other people's opinions. Yanbian province never have been part or populated by " Antu" tribes. Please get your facts straight. Read your history.

1) With 50 mil. People, Korea needs to aim higher. ( english.chosun.com editorials) In this article it states " The country resident population has surpassed 50 million".

2) Resident Population surpasses 50 million. Written by Kim Rahn ( ProAzn.com) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bostonjj (talkcontribs) 10:09, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Do you understand what is the difference between a Korean and a person who lives in Korea? "Resident population' refers to the latter, not the former. cab (talk) 11:54, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

What does numbers say?? It says 50,087,307 ( Doesn't it???)
