I have 2 accounts and one IP address. The accounts are DMVGUy (for use on St John's University, New York, YoSoyGuapo, and 64.131.205.111. I've typically edited on the page using my IP address 64.131.205.111, I used my account YoSoyGuapo for some edits (mostly to make administration reports) as seen by my contribution history. ON June 7th the page Dominican Republic was semi protected, this is when I started using YoSoyGuapo on the Dominican Republic page. You'll see that DMVGuy was never used on Dominican Republic prior to June 9 for a 30 minute period.
Admin:JpGordon who is aware of the conflict because he is involved in the checkuser's previously, as seen by appendix below even acknowledged about being aware of edits by YoSoyGuapo "The page was semi-protected, meaning only people with usernames can edit. So it's entirely likely that an IP user registered a name and waited a few days so he could edit the article non-anonymously; that's the whole point. You can do the exact same thing."
This has been a long and ardous task of shifting through the edit wars that is going on with the page Dominican Republic and talk:dominican republic. I have found numerous vandals including user:EdwinCasadoBaez , user:Memeco , User:Platanogenius as well as numerous IP address. . User:Avfnx has laid many personal attacks against myself, is in violation of 3rr (9 reversions I might add) in a 90 minute period, WP:Civility which can be seen in the below in topics needed to understand issues on DR page which is on my talk page.
There is curently a noticeboard incident against him for these violations. He was placed on suspension for 3rr violation which just ended yesterday. User:Avfnx and I were both placed on 24 hour suspension for 3rr violation (edit war) I have no history of personal attacks except for with user Avfnx whom we have both been using uncivil conversation, though his was as bad if not worse than mine. Both of which are in Spanish (looking at his checkuer report he filed against me), he purposely stated a wrong translation to make me seem worse than what was alleged. I used the word mono which if you go to freetranslation.com means cute. As in "real cute" used sarcastically. He keeps saying it means monkey. which is not the case.
Wikipedia:Sock puppetry policy in a nutshell is Do not use multiple accounts to create the illusion of greater support for an issue, to mislead others, or to circumvent a block. Don't ask your friends to create accounts to support you or anyone else. I have done none of this.

I have even made requests for page protection and talk page protection to reduce the vandalism that is going on in the page. Which makes it even more difficult to read since many ip's won't sign. I was seriously considering this, until I saw your first edit to VoA's talk page where you claim a "friend" asked you to copy-paste the request. It's clear that you still think using multiple accounts to evade blocks and manipulate the situation is a good idea, if that's the behavior you're engaging in. Sorry. Your best bet at this point, in my view, really is just limiting yourself to one account -- the more socks you try and use to get out of this, the less likely you will. I'll i'm asking for is one account to use. Nothing else. At my job the computers block cookies and or reset them, thus i post with an IP address. That does not mean that I was using a sockpuppet. I started using accounts more when they 2 pages were self protected. The users who reported me, they were using MULTIPLE SOCKPUPPETS, and numerous vandal ip address; and were trying their best to remove me for reporting them. All you have to do is take a look at the various reports that I made concerning them as well as their block records. I've led to the catching of multiple sockpuppets and vandals. This account wasn't used for anythign except to make a 3rr report, sockpuppet notice and speak to VOA about why a checkuser was run on my ip address (typically they won't), but when I asked it was declined with reason being obvious. I couldn't contact VOA b/c my talk page was locked after i used the -helpme- function to ask how to do it and was having trouble doing it. I said friend simply because I wanted at least the chance for him to hear me out and not for it to immeadiately be locked out. Look at special contributions by IP:70.177.181.129 and IP:69.119.127.181 who would come in and attack me. They wouldn't even sign their posts. They were blocked for vandalism , but I couldn't even run a check user on them for reason being obvious. Things like that seriously made me wonder when a checkuser was run on my IP and that was a sockpuppet complaint. When a page is semi-protected, and you'd like to edit on it, does that mean you can't use your IP address anymore? While an account member, I came in, signed my posts. Gave cited information, was familiar with policy. Reported vandalism. Was a contributing member in the FA class article San Juan Puerto Rico. I'm more than willing to wait a few day, a week, 2 weeks, but at least I'd like the opportunity to be a contributing member. thank you

I only want one account to be allowed on. I work on the same articles because they interest me. Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, San Juan, Puerto Rico, etc. An account that I had User:YoSoyGuapo was not involved in any personal attacks nor did it vandalize pages. User EdwinCasadoBaez who was blocked for personal attack and block evasion on ther articles and who had attacked me as detailed below did a pre-emptive checkuser based to try and have me removed because I had asked for sources that were in English. I honestly want to contribute to the articles that I have participated on. I also stated that I want one account to participate on. You won't see me using sockpuppets (the usage of them was accidental in that they were for different purposes). I also won't get in disputes with other users. I have listened to advice and stayed off for a month. If I create another account and use the same articles that I have before the users who I disputed with will simply do a checkuser and I'll be labeled a sockpuppet. I'd rather serve out my sentence and go the correct route. So I won't be labled a sockpuppet. I only want one account. Can one be reinstated? I'll be sure to put on the userpage that the other ones are retired and I can be reached here. Thank you

You know what? Follow Mike's advice. Wait a day, or a week. Then create a whole new account. Just one. Make it totally unrelated to the ones you already have. Start editing constructively with this new account. As long as you stay within the rules and don't connect yourself to these blocked accounts with bad behaviour, you'll probably be left alone. User:avfnx says I'm calling people mono which he says means monkey, but if you look it up. it means cute. As in, real cute, using sarcasm. He is manipulating and translating words into slang that isn't used by everyone. The arguement in spanish occured over 2 weeks ago my last reply was 3 days ago. Nothing was done about his filthy words which was just as bad even worse. User:Avfnx has stated things in english such as "full of shit talk, so the world can know how full of shit they are", "This Anti-Dominican know so much that something i can't find where ceduala or passport is says race. This article everyday going to more to pure garbage. You could bring all this Haitian made article talking about DR." and more.. he is utilizing multiple IP's to leave wild opinions.
