Speedy deletion nomination of Antix 1985

I am sorry, but i cannot upload a simple band photo on the antix (band) page for which i am a main contributor.

this is getting to be very frustrating.I am not trying to create another page, I just want to add a simple photo for which I am the author of... PLEASE HELP !!
