Cam Perron and the Negro Baseball League

Hi Bobbys1953. If the copyright holder wishes to release the image to Wikipedia under license, they need to provide written permission directly to Wikipedia via the ORTS system. There's instructions how to do this at WP:Donating copyrighted materials and a sample permission email at WP:Consent.
