In the first paragraph: What is the blastema? I think you should give a clear definition about the term. I think you should name these Paracrine factors, just to be more specific.

In the second paragraph: Again, define the abbreviation ‘IGF’ for specificity.

Illustration: I like this diagram, it clearly illustrates how the blastula forms from the neoblast. Very creative! But I think some of the words were a little unclear to read.

References: Your references are looking good to me. Overall, I think this draft was great, and your explanation was simple enough for anyone to read and understand. Great job!
