I am assuming it should look more like this {{paid|user=Bmariyappa|employer=Invenio Origin|client=Alankar Pandian}}. You can proceed to add the template mentioned above including the curly brackets {} to your user page, if deemed fit or change the employer and client name accordingly.

After that, please go through relevant Wikipedia policies here WP:RS, WP:YESPROMO and WP:NPOV before adding content about your client. I would advise you to use the Wikipedia:Edit Request Wizard to make your edits where another experienced editor will make the requested additions/ changes to the content on behalf of you.
