You wrote "created from public domain aerial photos" in the image description. You need to indicate where you found these public domain photos, and who took them and/or released them into the public domain. You wrote "I have had issues with you in the past", which indicates that you are Neno8403, in which case you are circumventing a block. I know nothing about the Montgomery Blair photos, sorry if you beleive I'm being inconsistent but not everything pops up on my radar.
