In the first sentence, the bit about "many people" is a bit vague/not supported. See if you can find a news article or articles to point to that show it has been publicized, or just remove that last part. Double check the grammar; you have some spacing issues, the ILRS acronym is in the wrong place, and there is a missing period at the end. Also, you linked out to a page instead of creating a citation. All pretty minor stuff, but it adds up.
