I have removed the paragraph. But I can't guarantee that my revision won't be reverted.:( RuiyuShen 04:52, 10 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

I have a question about TikTok beyond the scope of encyclopedia. If you think that I disturb you, you can keep silence. You know that I am a Chinese and Douyin has many nagative news in China. So how about TikTok in the world? Please forgive me that I don't speak English well.:) RuiyuShen 04:51, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Hi RuiyuShen. Thanks for writing back. I believe you are asking about the news of TikTok in other markets around the world. I would say there are some misconceptions about TikTok in the media and that can create negative stories. But we also have to do a better job of explaining who we are and our values. This is actually one of the reasons we are focused on the TikTok Wikipedia page. We want to make sure the perception of TikTok is fair and accurate and it is our responsibility to make sure that happens, at least to the best of our ability.Bkenny44 (talk) 16:59, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Bans in India

edit

Please change the heading "Current ban in India" to "Bans in India," as the section contains two subsections ("2019 provisional ban" and "2020 ban"), the first of which is not a "current" ban. Thank you, Bkenny44 (talk) 20:48, 21 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

This is a duplicate edit request. You also filed this request at Talk:TikTok, so I'm closing this edit request out. Best, Altamel (talk) 01:04, 22 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
