1) The manuscript, for publication in Open Medicine, should be changed to meet a more conducive clinical format. We realize this is different than the Wikipedia structure, and there is no reason why it can't be changed back on Wikipedia, or even remain the same. For our purposes, it would be interesting to have the Wikipedia page mirror, even briefly, what appears in Open Medicine. We can discuss if this is possible, but either way, we'l change it reflect a more familiar order: This would be:

  1. I - Introduction:
  2. II Epidemiology:
  3. III - History (Including Etymology)
  4. IV - Pathophysiology
    a) Virology
    b) mechanism
  1. V - Clinical Presentation
    a) Signs and symptoms
    b) Clinical Course
    c) Associated Problems
  1. VI - Diagnosis
  2. VII - Management
  3. VIII - Prevention
  4. IX - Future Direction (formerly research)
  5. X - Summary (this would be a new section, and would need to be

written...see below)

2) Introduction - You have relabelled the previous section "Abstract" as "Introduction". As such, it should be appropriately referenced.

3) Summary - Can you write a short, summative paragraph, perhaps not longer than 3 or 4 sentences? You can see Anita's comments embedded in the article

4) Images - can you clarify the copyright of these images? Are they open access? I believe you mentioned before that they were.

There are two references that are cited to a part of a book that should ideally be replaced with references with PMID numbers. Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 20:11, 7 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

According to the first paragraph of a 2013 review, "Although widely held as the world's most important arbovirus, only one review of potential climate change impacts on dengue virus (DENV) transmission has been published with a focus on tools currently used to establish climate–disease associations (Thai and Anders 2011)", but I don't think we cite Thai and Anders. So we might be a bit out-of-date or missing key points. Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 20:14, 7 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
