My concern was that perhaps, with only a single source, the subject of your article might have been so 'new' that it had yet to receive sufficient significant coverage to pass WP:GNG bullet point 1. Romanian information about mephedrone

Hi Bine Mai, an article I've worked on, mephedrone, is currently at WP:GAN. One of the references: [1] is from a Romanian website, www.financiarul.ro and I was curious as to whether you consider this to be a reliable source or not? I have found another news story: [2] but the google translated version is difficult to interpret, does it state that mephedrone is illegal? Ideally we would have an official government statement to reference, is there any chance that you may be able to track down a link to the list of drugs mentioned in the financiarul.ro article?
