Pondicherry University

Hi. I honestly don't know, and I think you may be right, that the name of the institution remains "Pondicherry University" despite the change of name for the union territory. When I made the moves, I was moving lots and lots of articles and categories, so I didn't pay close attention to each individual case (I actually did think twice about moving the University).
