Camara edit

I noticed that you removed the CSD notice from this article. Only Wikipedia administrators are allowed to make decisions on speedy deletion candidates. If you are to contest the deletion, you insert ''{{hangon}}'' into this article prior to writing your explanation. For further details of why the article was nominated in the first place, please visit its talk page before making any premature decisions. --Big.P (talkcontribs) 03:50, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, I am not sure that's policy. Please be nicer to others editing in good faith. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 04:02, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Let's discuss this on the Camara talk page. -- Big.P (talkcontribs) 04:22, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
I love the fact that you gave yourself barnstars! This is awesome. I should try it... - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 04:05, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I plan to give myself more. -- Big.P (talkcontribs) 04:22, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nope, that's not how we do AfD. Don't amend the nomination based on the voting and make it look as if it's always been that way. Please revert that, and if you want to comment onmy vote, do so below my vote. Don't mislead. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 05:11, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, I thought we could amend the nominaion to provide more info. This was an honest mistake; I'll change it in a sec. Now look who needs to be nice to users editing in good faith? =) -- Big.P (talkcontribs) 05:13, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
I was nice. Stern but fair. And good faith is the problem. Even if you meant it well, I have no way to know, and it looked misleading, as I said above. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 05:35, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Neither of us have any way to know whether or not anyone is editing in good faith or being nice because we aren't psychic. So I guess my initial response to your removal of the CSD notice was plenty fair too. -- Big.P (talkcontribs) 05:39, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppetry case edit

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Big.p for evidence. Please, make sure you make yourself familliar with notes for the suspect before editing evidence page. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 06:02, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

You've sunk to a new low by trying to push your agenda regarding the AfD this way. I'll see to it that your ridiculous accusation is removed from record. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 07:25, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

You seem to have a big problem with me. First, you strike down the CSD on Kiwi Alejandro Camara without even so much as contesting it on the talk page first, as if you had the authority and your opinion was the end of it. I find it highly elitist and offensive that you didn't even talk to me about the CSD and just struck it down. Then, after people without accounts made legitimate votes on the AfD, you exploit the fact that I can't afford a static IP by accusing me of sockpuppetry. Only pure malice or dirty agenda could explain shenanigans like these. If you have a problem with me, maybe you should visit Wikipedia's policy on dispute resolution instead of making vain attempts to damage my credibility. And seeing how you're so adamant about pursuing the sockpuppetry accusation, I challenge you to request CheckUser. If you don't, it'll be more than obvious what's really going on. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 23:25, 4 May 2006 (UTC) Reply

From WP:RFCU: "Due to the effort involved, difficulty of interpretation of results and privacy issues raised, checkuser is a last resort for difficult cases. Use other methods first." Please don't pester me. Comment on the page I created for this case. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 00:45, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

FYI edit

Hello. I have received complaints regarding your behavior. I am trying to figure out what is the problem, if any, and how can I help correcting it. ←Humus sapiens ну? 01:32, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I emptied User:71.132.139.232.
Thanks for asking my side of the story- basically CrazyRussian has been a jerk since I placed a CSD notice on Kiwi Alejandro Camara. Even if the CSD wasn't justified, he deleted it without notifying me or having an admin do it, which is incredibly elitist, as Joe can attest to. Then, while Camara was listed as an AfD, it got 2 votes, supposedly from an IP that I ironically used to use- one of the votes had a forged signature, so it wasn't really from that IP. CrazyRussian jumped at the chance to vilify me with a sockpuppetry accusation. It's obvious I haven't used that IP in a while- I have posted with another one and since that proof "wasn't enough", I've told her to request CheckUser. She then copy/pastes an excerpt of WP:RFCU on my page about how CheckUser is an effort that isn't worth proving my innocence (and his folly). She refuses to let this accusation go yet also refuses to use CheckUser to back up his accusation. This person clearly has an agenda against me- I'm surprised she complained about my behavior. What a jerk.
I'm not sure how Sockpuppet accusations are supposed to blow over, but when mine does (sooner or later, somebody's going to have to use CheckUser), I'll never talk to CrazyRussian again, so there shouldn't be anymore issues. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 02:54, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
For the intentional use of feminine personal pronouns, I award you the {{npa3}} barnstar.

This is your last warning. If you continue to make personal attacks, you may be blocked for disruption. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 00:08, 9 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand- I thought you were a girl. You signed your name as "Sasha" on User talk:Humus sapiens. Maybe I was ignorant of the possibility that "Sasha" could be a man's name, but I referenced to you as a female with a legitimate intension. Stop interpreting everything I say as a personal attack and most of all, stop threatening me with blocks and sockpuppet accusations. I'm just trying to clean Wikipedia of cruft like Kiwi Alejandro Camara and edit articles about Intel Core processors. Give me a break! You're just prolonging our argument by continuing to threaten me like that. If you just stop bothering me with things like sockpuppetry accusations, this will all go away. I gave you a very legitimate reason why that IP has my signature. It's not hard to understand. I assure you, if you put your stubborness aside and start making an effort to try to understand my point of view, we wouldn't be arguing anymore.
By the way, the barnstar isn't showing. Thanks for nothin'. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 06:36, 9 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Conversation from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kiwi Alejandro Camara moved here edit

Because it does not belong on the AFD page. If the need for evidence ever arises, use diffs. ←Humus sapiens ну? 09:15, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

You have no right to strike out the last one because it wasn't even placed by 71.132.154.106. The signature was forged[1]. It's mighty interesting that you decided to bring scandal to this AfD to push your agenda, but striking the second one is absolutely unwarranted. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 07:21, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
I have no agenda regarding Kiwi Alejandro Camara. This is bizarre. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 11:29, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
If having an agenda regarding Kiwi Alejandro Camara is too bizarre, then why don't you tell me why you suddenly decided to start an unfounded sockpuppetry case against me. If you have a problem with me, maybe you should visit Wikipedia's policy on dispute resolution instead of making vain attempts to damage my credibility. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 23:15, 4 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

James Logan High School edit

Hey, what's up? Let's get back together and work on the Logan article again, we got rebuffed pretty badly with the good article nom... so yeah. If you have time, let's try this one again. -- Jjjsixsix (t)/(c) @ 22:24, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'd like to, but right now I'm dealing with an idiot who accused me of being a sockpuppet. I'll contribute as soon as I get this dumbass off my case. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 03:09, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Esperanza Newsletter, Issue #3 edit

The Administrator Coaching program is a program aimed at preparing Wikipedians for Adminship or helping them understand the intricacies of Wikipedia better. Recently, changes have been made to the requirements of coachees. Please review them before requesting this service.
This would be something like the Welcoming Committee, but for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. Some might like suggestions about how to learn vandal patrol, or mentoring on taking an article to featured status, or guidance with a proposal they plan to make at the Village Pump, for example. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins.
The Stressbusters are a subset of Esperanza aiming to investigate the causes of stress. New eyes on the situation are always welcome!
Note from the editor
As always, MiszaBot handled this delivery. Thank you! Also, congratulations go to Pschemp, Titoxd and Freakofnurture for being elected in the last elections! An Esperanzial May to all of the readership!

  2. A disclaimer is going to be added to the Esperanza main page. We are humans and, as such, are imperfect.
  3. Various revisions have been made to the Code of Conduct. Please see them, as the proposal is ready to be ratified by the community and enacted. All members will members to have to re-confirm their membership after accepting the Code of Conduct.

Civility edit

Hello there. You seem to be a member of Esperenza. As such, it's especially important that you assume a civil attitude towards other Wikipedians, and refrain from making personal attacks. Further incivility on your part will likely result in a block. Cheers, Mackensen (talk) 00:00, 9 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your concern. However, if you are really interested in my altercations with User:Crzrussian, you should really find out what is going on, maybe listen to both sides of the story instead of simply jumping to conclusions. I'd be happy to explain to you what's going on and why there is some tension and backtalk. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 06:38, 9 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Mind or own business, or at least get mine's right edit

Too many people are beconming interested in my argument with User:Crzrussian. Most of them aren't on my side. The problem with that, aside from the obvious, is that they have no idea what they're talking about or what's going on. Since they're so nosy that they just have to stick their nose where it doesn't belong, here's exactly what happened:

  • I lace Kiwi Alejandro Camara with a CSD. I guess it didn't fit and I didn't do enough homework on what a CSD was. (That's being generous)
  • User:Crzrussian finds fault with the CSD and takes it out without notifying anybody, save for the "edit summary," but that's still horribly elitist because he didn't even discuss it with me. He just clipped it off at first glance as if he had some sort of higher authority then me. He doesn't- last I checked he wasn't an administrator.
  • User:Jahiegel clarified that everyone can remove CSD's, not just administrators. However, it is common courtesy to let an administrator do the work or at least PROD.
  • I acquiesce and nominate the article for AfD instead. Votes come in, good and bad, but once ambiguous IP's started signing votes, it all went downhill.
  • One of the IP's was one that I've used before. To clarify, my DSL service only gives Dynamic IP's- this means that my IP can change at any time. Yes, in the IP's talk page, I signed it; however, it's entirely true that the IP made it into the hands of someone else since. And that someone else voted on the AfD nomination.
  • User:Crzrussian accuses me of sockpuppetry.
  • I am more than convinced that he's doing as much as he can to keep Kiwi Alejandro Camara on Wikipedia, including discrediting me with sockpuppet accusations and rubbing references to Wiki policies in my face whenever he can.
  • We argue, it gets ugly. User:Crzrussian doesn't even attempt to listen to reason regarding the sockpuppetry accusation or discuss my defense. He continues to cite WP:NPA like a bible when it isn't justified. It gets more and more annoying to the point where I actually do have to start violating WP:NPA.
  • People start stickin' their freakin' noses where they don't belong.

As you can see, the situation is a lot more complicated that you thought. Next time, before you start jumping to conclusions, learn a little something from User:Humus sapiens and at the least try to hear out both sides of the argument.

If that's too much work for you, just stay out of it if you know what's good for you. Colin Farrell got shot in "Phone Booth (film)" because he couldn't mind his damn business.

I blanked the article in an attempt to uphold an AfD verdict that was disrespected by a user who decided to restore the article in the same format as the deleted. I am too lazy to take this to the owner of the bot; this is a justification for those who enjoy reading my talk page. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 00:11, 20 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
