This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to Hollaback Girl, you will be blocked from editing. --RobertGtalk 11:17, 21 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

My warning above may have been a bit over the top - so sorry about that! Nevertheless, please don't move an article until the move has been discussed and agreed on the article's talk page. Also, cutting the text and pasting it to a new article is not the best way to go about it - there is a much better way to actually move the article if everyone agrees.

On reflection, perhaps my more usual welcome message would be more appropriate? Here it is…

Welcome!

Hello, Beyoncé Superfanatic, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome!  --RobertGtalk 12:59, 23 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image source problem with Image:If Beyonce.jpg edit

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:If Beyonce.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 09:50, 3 November 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --βandβ (talkcontribs) 09:50, 3 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:If Cover.JPG edit

Thanks for uploading Image:If Cover.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 20:20, 6 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Tag deletion edit

Hello there. I saw this one with you removing the tag. Though you added rationale, a source is really needed to verify if the image is true. Don't do it again please. Thank you. --βandβ (talkcontribs) 03:47, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:If Beyonce.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:If Beyonce.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 18:25, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Beyonce2.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Beyonce2.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --OrphanBot 06:05, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Warning edit

The material you wrote on the IPhone 4 page is inaccurate, inappropriate, and offensive. I have noticed that this, at least, your second offense. Such actions will not be tolerated. I give you the following notice: Any other acts of vandalism will be reported to the Wikipedia administrators.

On the iPhone 4 page: "It also includes a demonstration video of Steve Jobs, having sex with his wife and sucking the cock of his son; also pictures of him depicting masturbation and experiencing sexual climax. It sparked controversy when it was released."

Wikipedia is an excellent tool that facilitates the spread of global information. Do not use it for your own twisted entertainment. This is your final warning.

Have a nice day.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article American Idol (season 10), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Aspects (talk) 05:50, 27 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

June 2011 edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for contravening Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Appeal to the block edit

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Every time I log in, I usually tick the boxes "Log in globally" and "Remember me for 30 days" as I use this account on my home computer. Some members of the family who had been using Wikipedia might have vandalized some pages -- and I checked by recent contributions, I didn't find anything related to vandalizing biographies of living humans or something. This month-long block might be a mistake, and if there had been vandalisms, I really apologize for I really didn't know who used this account, since I'm on a shared computer. And lastly, I need this account to contribute to my work: Nokia phone series. I spent serious time to do my research and I can't let anyone just vandalize that or to put any non-useful information; for example, let's admit it that nobody really cares that much about Nokia here, so I strive hard to update each and every Nokia-related stuff in here. For example, when the Nokia N9 was first announced, who made a section on that page to it? Me. It's been a few hours -- 4 hours, I guess, and there's still no article for the N9. And I didn't have enough time to work on an article, so I just added a section to my Nokia phone series page. Unlike when it comes to iPhone, in just a matter of minutes after the announcement, the things that were announced are already there. You know, it's like nobody really cares about Nokia here and it hurts. So I really need this account to continue my work here. Thanks. Sorry if anyone in the family vandalized any page on this website. I really swear it wasn't me. Beyoncé Superfanatic (talk) 15:15, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but I have to decline your request as it does not convince me that this block is unnecessary to protect Wikipedia; all we know is that your account made edits which it shouldn't have—we can't tell who's on your end of the computer screen. Also, please let me advise you that it might be wise to rethink your strategy, as if what you just said is true, then this means your account has been compromised and must remain indefinitely blocked for security and copyright reasons. Salvio Let's talk about it! 15:41, 26 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The above explanation would be more acceptable if you'd responded to concerns about your edit to iPhone 4 back in February. Even so, I'm willing to lift your block early under the WP:ROPE clause if you promise to practice better account security from now on—with the understanding that any more vandalism will result in an indefinite block. Speedy deletion nomination of Dazzle (fabric) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Dazzle (fabric) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
