Typhoon wind values edit
The original values from the JMA and JTWC are given in knots in multiples of 5, which are then converted to mph and km/h. For example, 155 knots would convert to 178.37 ≈ 180 mph and 287.06 ≈ 285 km/h. This is why sometimes the conversions don't always match up – because we aren't converting directly from mph to km/h or vice versa. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 07:12, 3 May 2023 (UTC)

KN2731 (talk · contribs) and I have reverted yet more of your edits for not only going against project consensus but also introducing outright incorrect information contrary to the agencies' estimates. This pattern of you making these edits and not listening is, once again, prohibited (WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT) and if you continue, you will likely be blocked from making further edits. We never want it to come down to that but this is simply getting ridiculous.
