Please student, complete your homework assignment by using WP:SECONDARY or WP:TERTIARY sources: rely on books and reviews for your information. --Smokefoot (talk) 14:14, 9 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Discospinster. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Aldonic acid, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ... discospinster talk 23:15, 12 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello Discospinster,
Thank you for letting me know! The only reason why I did not add a citation is because I was planning on making all my changes first, then adding the citations at the very last part after adding all my images, etc.
I am doing these edits as a part of a school project, so I am in the process of learning what to do. If you would like, I can definitely add my citations as I go from now onwards. Benzene039 (talk) 23:28, 12 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes it is preferable to add the citations when you are adding the content, before you "publish" the changes. ... discospinster talk 23:48, 12 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
I will be doing that :) thank you again Benzene039 (talk) 23:58, 12 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
