Notes

edit

Hi! I have some notes for your draft:

  • Be very careful with tone. Make sure that you avoid wording that could come across as non-neutral, as this can make an article sound like it's trying to persuade the reader to see things in a specific light or even come across as promotional. Avoid opinion or judgement terms. For example, the word rich could be seen as an opinion or a marketing buzzword. It would be better to phrase it like this:
Due to its history...
  • You did an excellent job of finding India related sources - this can honestly be pretty difficult since Google search doesn't always properly crawl India newspapers and websites, meaning that some sources may not show up, unfortunately. My only note here would be to check your school's academic databases for sourcing as well, as news media won't be as in-depth and doesn't verify facts to the level of academic and scholarly sources. (Reasons for this usually center around some of the academic sources having more time to work on content, as well as they are more likely to specialize in the topic area.)

Overall I think that you're definitely going in the right direction - keep it up! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 19:59, 10 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
