Bhoi Dynasty

edit

The Present Kings of Puri is not from Bhoi Origin. After the death of Birakishore Dev, The son of Bada Khemundi raja, Dibyasingha Deb IV became the king. Then after 2 generation another Gangavanshi Prince from Bamra Ramachandra Deb became the king. Bhoi Dynasty ended with the death of Birakishore Deb. Don't push wrong Information. Peacepks (talk) 04:49, 1 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Both sources clearly says that present kings of Puri are descendants of Bhoi dynasty and source mentioned that, after the fall of Raja Birakishore Deva his adopted son Divyasingh Dev became the ruler of Puri under the brolly of Bhoi dynasty. So please don't give misinformation. Behera Sahab (talk) 15:37, 1 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Dibyasingha Dev IV was a Gangavanshi from Bada Khemundi. Simply succeeding don't change his blood lineage. Later Dibyasingha Dev IV's Son adopted the Prince of Bamra Ramachandra Dev IV and the present Puri King is the Descendant of Bamra Gangavanshis. There is a specific page called Eastern Gangas of Puri. You can check that out. FYI, Royal Lineages are based on Blood Relation. Peacepks (talk) 04:34, 2 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

My Mistake that's Dibyasingha Dev III adopted from Bada Khemundi Gangavanshi Family. Peacepks (talk) 04:37, 2 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

And Dibyasingha Dev IV, the present Gajapati is the Descendant of Bamra Gangavanshis. Peacepks (talk) 04:42, 2 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ramachandra Deva I

edit

You have reverted my edit without any reason. If you do this for 2nd time, I would have to involve admins in such caste promotion issue. Peacepks (talk) 05:26, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

I saw that you have removed sourced informations. According to KC. Panigrahi the Ramachandra deva is a Gopal, associated with Yaduvansh. But founder of Bhoi dynasty Govinda Vidyadhar is a Karana, so it becomes difficult to ascertain whether Bhois are Originally Karana or Gopal.

All the sources are supported him, but how did you know that the sources are fake? If you want to improvement of the articles, you can add some new, but don't remove the sourced informations.

Behera Sahab (talk) 09:40, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

What you're saying is not mentioned in K.C Panigrahi book! I didn't said the sources are fake. The claim that the sources say Ramachandra Deva as Gopal is Fake. Not a Single source says Ramachandra Deva as Gopal. Add inline quotations if you have proper sources. Otherwise POV pushing won't help You. Peacepks (talk) 09:53, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Also KC Panigrahi book don't mention Govind Vidyadhara as Karana. Incase you didn't removed the fake caste claim, I have to invite an admin to check the Page. Thank you Peacepks (talk) 09:59, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Purushottama Dasa

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Purushottama Dasa requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.odishashop.com/purushottama-das/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disruptive editing in Gopal_(caste)

edit

You've been abusing the twinkle tool to constantly push a caste biased POV in the article mentioned above. By doing so, you're also violating WP:OWN, and your version of the article also violates WP:COPY. I suggest you to talk it out with other editors in the talk section of the article before making disruptive edits that go against an established consensus. I'd also request User:RegentsPark to kindly look into the matter. Cyberpunk indicus (talk) 13:28, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have been seeing since few days that you are removing reliable sourced information of many caste pages including Gopal caste, you are repeatedly removing reliable sourced information of Gopal caste and I am writing it again. How long will you violate Wikipedia rules like this? I request that any adminstrator should see this act of yours. Behera Sahab (talk) 17:36, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

I did have a cursory look at the article a few days back, and made a couple of edits (such as this one), which seem to have been reverted. Will take a look. I've been trying to stay away from castecruft cleanup as I don't really enjoy it, but someone does need to cleanup this mess. I'll see what I can do, but maybe drop a note at WT:IND for more eyes. utcursch | talk 08:40, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Thank you very much sir for your contribution in Gopal caste page Behera Sahab (talk) 09:07, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
