Proposed deletion of Boston University Pub

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Boston University Pub, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. I do not see how it can be improved to meet our standards, because I do not think the pub is notable in the first place. It would need 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases), and the student paper is not usually considered sufficient for student events, for it shows no notability outside of the college itself. If you have anything substantial, add it, and I will take a look just in case, before I nominate it for deletion later this week. Then it's not up to me, but to the community, according to WP:AFD. Flagging Boston University Pub for further review

Hello, Becs6452 … I recently encountered the article about Boston University Pub and in my opinion, it either lacks sufficient Attribution that it satisfies the Notability criteria for Organizations and companies, or it may violate the Conflict of interest guideline, or perhaps it violates a copyright.

I am considering tagging Boston University Pub (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) for deletion according to the Deletion policy … I do not have time to examine the article in depth at the moment, and it may improve over time, in which case this warning was premature.

I have created this initial entry on your Talk page because you are either the original author of the article, or else a recent contributor to it; I will leave more detailed information regarding my specific concerns about the article on its Discussion page … please respond either there or on this Talk page, instead of on my Talk page, in order to avoid fragmenting the conversation.

It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
