December 2019 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  MER-C 05:07, 29 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I created a page for a project and was making edits to it as I received notifications. The intention was not for advertising. I can edit the text or someone else can if it appears that way. I am trying to learn more about Wikipedia and pages, editing, etc.

Decline reason:

The relationship is closer than you claim here. It appears that you are trying to mislead us with this unblock request. Unless your next request fully and transparently specifies the exact nature of your relationship with OleumTech, I will revoke talk page access. It is inappropriate for you to try to mislead us in this manner. Note given your violations of WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, you will not be unblocked to write about OleumTech but may be unblocked to write about subject areas for which you have no conflict of interest, if you tell us what specific subject areas you plan to write about instead. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Yes I am affiliated with OleumTech, but the creation of the page was not meant to be an advertisement or promotional in nature. The goal was simply for indexing purposes. I thought the language used was informative and fairly neutral. If you wish to keep me blocked from editing the OleumTech page, that is fine. I would like to be able to make edits to pages involving technology, sports, California, schools, etc.

Decline reason:

As noted, you will need to fully disclose the nature of your affiliation before unblocking you can be considered. You will have to do this, if you choose to, on WP:UTRS. 331dot (talk) 15:27, 1 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

As you have continued to refuse to fully and transparently specify the exact nature of your relationship with OleumTech, I have revoked talk page access as promised. Your relationship is far closer than "affiliated with". If your current unblock request is declined, that leaves you with WP:UTRS. Your only chance would be to fully and transparently specify the exact nature of your relationship. --Yamla (talk) 11:38, 31 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:OleumTech Corporation Logo.png edit

The file File:OleumTech Corporation Logo.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Uploaded for OleumTech. No other use.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 09:59, 30 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
