AfC notification: Draft:Balboa Scale has a new comment

I've reviewed your Articles for Creation submission, and moved it to the location which is now preferred, Draft:Balboa Scale. Unfortunately, tho I accepted it initially, that was an error of mine, which I have corrected . It seems there is no other published use in addition to the one mentioned in the article. The draft asserts wide use in a particular context, but unless you can find references for that use from third-party independent reliable sources, the article cannot be accepted.
