March 2012 edit

Yes, it does look like the same person. I see you've already filed the report; we'll see how that turns out. -- 李博杰  | Talk contribs email 04:02, 26 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Tnxman307 edit

I urge Tnxman307 to take a look at the following policy

"The tool should not be used for political control; to apply pressure on editors; or as a threat against another editor in a content dispute. There must be a valid reason to check a user. Note that alternative accounts are not forbidden, so long as they are not used in violation of the policies (for example, to double-vote or to increase the apparent support for any given position)."

On which grounds was I blocked for my alleged "socks"? The one where it says I get blocked just for editing from the same ip address as another user, without any evidence of abuse such as double-voting? Did I miss that? Do I need reading glasses to see this nonexistent policy?Beajhure (talk) 20:59, 26 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Tnxman307 did not leave an unblock temple behind, so I had no idea what to do. Then I found the template at User_talk:Sino-Malay, one of the users whom he claims I am a sock of. See User_talk:Sino-Malay for an explanation of why I am not Sino-Malay's sockpuppet, or of the other accounts, now that he has explained it well, there is nothing else for me to say.Beajhure (talk) 22:25, 26 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Firstly, "Its not my fault if someone else uses the same proxy as me." (quoted from Sino-Malay's talk page) is not a valid defense, as editors are not permitted to edit using open proxies. Secondly, checkuser is able to identify what computer you're using, not just your IP address, and it's showing that you, Sino-Malay, and a handful of other accounts are all sharing the same computer. Please appeal your block from your primary account only. Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:29, 27 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
