SUNTRACS edit

Hi Bayano. I noticed your edit at SUNTRACS. Unfortunately there isn't a Central America union stub. It's a bit odd to have them together with the North America stubs, but that seems to be the standard method at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting. There is a threshold of 30 - 60 relevant articles that need a particular stub before they want to see a specific stub created. I've changed the stub on the page back to the NorthAm for now. Maybe there are enough Central America stubs to look into creating their own tag. Cheers.--Bookandcoffee 10:44, 17 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

You said:Okay, I can respect that, though I might just do some more posting now in order to fix that. But that's the problem with wikipedia, every element of science-fiction and fantasy has the most in-depth analysis, and there isn't even an entry for most major factors in the Third World.
Yeah, it's a bit out of wack isn't it. If it helps - you're not the first one to notice the bias. There is a project of people working toward reducing the "systemic bias" that Wikipedia has. It's at Wikipedia:WikiProject Countering systemic bias. Check it out, they'd be glad to hear from you. --Bookandcoffee 10:34, 24 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bayano edit

I've made some substantial changes in your article (at least you seem to have started it) on Bayano in Panama. I don't think that the claim that Bayano was Muslim can be sustained, so I added disclaimer language after it, while retaining the original citation (and putting in a reference for it). I added things based on reading the original primary source, Pedro de Aguado's chronicle (available on Digital Text Archive), which in fact make him to be Christian.Beepsie (talk) 01:25, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 14 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited El Quibían, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Palm, Indigenous and Epiphany (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
