Managerial win list edit

Thanks for updating the managerial list. However, there were a few small fixes I had to clean up just now: the date in the header and the syntax for Bud Black catching Tom Kelly. It may be easier if you let me update the page each day so we don't have these syntax mop ups every few days when we cross each other's edits. Thanks!
