Quantum impress edit

Hi there, I missed your post on my talk page and apologise for mooving your question to the sci desk. Will move it back with your extra input if you're happy with that. Of course it makes sense -- many people throw quantum into speeches to impress. Quantum leap comes to mind although it is mis-used because Quantum is supposed to mean "very small" and they probably mean "paradigm shift" or something about "giant step for..." etc. Sorry to mess up your post, will fix it now.
