Speedy deletion nomination of User:Bankim Parikh edit

Request reason:
I was trying to create an article but want sure that wikipedia obtain IP address per user. By mistake I was trying to make changes from another computer so IP was different. And name was just to check the layout i will change the name from Bankim Parikh to the other User Name as per the requirement. So would request you to unblock this user. I was not trying to make any promotional edits and going forward will take care of such edits and conflict of interest. Will make edits as per the Wikipedia policy. Please unblock the account
