From what you wrote at File:Balmiki Prasad Singh.jpeg, it can be inferred that you are working for Balmiki Prasad Singh, but your current username implies that you are himself that person. This will create confusion and misunderstandings, including possibly suspicions of impersonation.
Also, please review our guidelines on editing topics where you have a "conflict of interest", as well as our policy on neutral point of view. The article you wrote was inappropriately promotional and reverential in tone, and I have had to clean it up. Fut.Perf. ☼ 11:38, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:Balmiki Prasad Singh, Present Governor of Sikkim.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
