It's so nice of you to welcome me, I'm very happy. Thank you very much. Wikipedia is great I hope that I can stay here long. By the way, your signature looks fancy and adorable

Thank you. I would like to remind you to sign your name on talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). This produces your signature with a timestamp and make it easier for others to figure out when did you post the message. (You may also want to take a look at the talk page guidelines.) Again, welcome. --Joshua Chiew 09:41, 1 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Warning another user about vandalism edit

I noticed you were trying to warn another user about vandalizing an article. Wikipedia has an automatic mechanism for doing just that. As an example you would add {{subst:test2-n|Anthony Lee}}(for the Anthony Lee article) to the talk page of a user who is quite obviously engaged in acts of vandalism. If you want more information on warning templates please feel free to ask me on my talk page. Happy editing, i kan reed 08:45, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

I wasn't trying to chastise you here, just provide you with useful information about how to handle certain situations. Forgive me if I've bitten you. i kan reed 08:50, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
just as added information a list of kinds of warnings can be found here: Wikipedia:Warnings. i kan reed 08:52, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Adoption edit

I don't think I'd be the best possible adopter for you. You seem to be interested in fighting vandalism, which is a noble effort, so you should seek out someone who is more familiar at that task. I looked at Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User/Adoptee's Area/Adopters and it seems that User:Tellyaddict, User:CattleGirl, User:Orderinchaos78, and User:SGGH both claim to fight vandalism and are currently adopting! You should ask those four to adopt you and be sure to state that your interest is to fight vandalism (and any other interests!). You should put the userbox {{adoptme}} on your userpage as well. Lastly, as was mentioned above, always sign your comments on talk pages by putting ~~~~ at the end of your comments. Good luck! --MECUtalk 14:29, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes you could, though you should mention that you are asking several folks at once. Having the adoptme on your userpage will help too. --MECUtalk 13:37, 5 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your adoption edit

Hello, Balikem! I see that you have expressed an interest in being adopted by an experienced editor. I accept your request, being an experienced editor myself. Whether you want to learn about wiki markup, find something to do, or just talk to somebody, I'm the one you can talk to - just leave a message on my talk page. Good luck with Wikipedia! Any specific questions you need help with I can probably answer. I am involved with many aspects of Wikipedia (Editing, anti-vandalism, templates, policy, projects, etc.) Just drop me a line on my talk page. Just click "talk" in my signature. Mr.Z-mantalk¢ 22:03, 19 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
