Proposed deletion of Gratuity calculation in Dubai UAE

The article Gratuity calculation in Dubai UAE has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

it is said that a permission email has been sent to OTRS but, regardless of the copyright issue, this material is not suitable for Wikipedia - see WP:NOTHOWTO. Also, part of its purpose seems to be to post a spamlink to delicatesoft.com.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
