Hello Balaji Alavuthin. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Zalaris, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. - It does not matter whether or not you are specifically paid to edit Wikipedia on behalf of the company. Your employment with the company is, by itself, enough for you to be considered a paid editor.
- It is highly unlikely that admins will consider unblocking your account if your only intention is to write about your employer. They will want to see you commit to editing other topics where you do not have a conflict of interest. Over time, after you have built up a history of constructive edits and a better understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, then you may be allowed to write about this company using edit requests (assuming the article survives deletion).

@Balaji Alavuthin: I'm not sure how to make this any more simple and clear, but here goes:
- Review the guide to appealing blocks, to understand what is expected from you in your unblock request.
- Place the code
{{unblock|reason=}}template at the bottom of this page, and fill in the reason you are requesting an unblock after the "=" sign. - Wait for the unblock to be reviewed. Be patient, because there is a long backlog of unblock requests. It could take up to several weeks before yours is evaluated.
- Do not submit any additional unblock requests until yours is reviewed, because that will just create extra work and annoyance for administrators.

- If, when you wrote "Can you please confirm if it is currently under review" you were referring to the UTRS unblock request which I mentioned above, then no, it isn't currently under review. When I said that it has been "declined", I meant that it has been reviewed, and as outcome of the review it had been closed without being accepted, so it is not under review and won't be reviewed again. I was blocked for making a mistake, but I have learned from my mistake and will not do it again. I am a new editor and I am eager to contribute to Wikipedia. I was blocked on few weeks back for making a mistake. I accidentally deleted a section of text from an article. I realized my mistake immediately and I restored the text. The Zalaris article in Wikipedia has been submitted for deletion review as it may not meet the requirements outlined in the Wikipedia policies regarding notability (wp:ncorp) and reliable sources (wp:rs). Zalaris has received significant coverage in Europe, where it is recognized as a prominent technology success. Personally, I have observed a substantial number of credible sources discussing Zalaris. Please take a look at the article and review it. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit on disscussion page (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zalaris ) myself due to a block on Wikipedia.

- (Non-administrator comment) Ironically, it may have been your own COI edits to the Zalaris article that gave someone the idea to nominate it for deletion. When companies try to influence Wikipedia directly, it tends to backfire. The fact that a company exists and puts out press releases does not necessarily make it notable enough for this encyclopedia. Please answer the following questions to help evaluate your request:
- What is promotional language and why is it not allowed on Wikipedia? (WP:PROMO)
- What is Verifiability and how to editors verify the information that they add to the encyclopedia? (WP:V and WP:INCITE)
- You stated above that you understand that admin want to see "a positive edit history in unrelated areas before allowing you to indirectly contribute about your company." If I unblocked you, I would restrict your ability to edit on any topic related to Zalaris. If this was violated, you could be immediately blocked by another admin without warning. This can be appealed after several months of a positive edit history. Do you agree with this?
