Even if we had extended WP:OFFER, you would have had to "grow up" for at least 6 months, AND prove to us that you have a) never edited Wikipedia anonymously, and b) have significant successful/positive edits on another Wikimedia project. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:47, 19 April 2012 (UTC)

• My experience is that quite often, people who start the way you did on Wikipedia come back later and contribute constructively, so I am willing to consider unblocking you.
