—Creo que el segundo artículo es una buena opción. Opción 1 sería un caso marginal, a lo mejor sería posible si estuvieras especialmente interesado, pero creo que #1 es más apropiado. Opción 3 me parece que no va a funcionar. Cuando vas a la versión al inglés, te lleva a Philippine Spanish, pero en realidad me parece que el artículo equivalente es Spanish language in the Philippines, el cual es un artículo bastante más elaborado.
