Help me! edit

Please help me with my talk page. so how do i communicate with others?

BLACKINKHEART (talk) 20:08, 7 January 2019 (UTC) BLACKINKHEARTReply

You have correctly used the Help Me template to communicate with someone else- me. As you haven't made a great deal of edits, not many others will likely be aware of this page, so you may have to post on other users' talk pages to talk to them. 331dot (talk) 20:30, 7 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Teahouse talkback: you've got messages! edit

What Talk is for edit

Talk is not for chat. This ain't that. Your Talk is where people leave you messages about what you are doing wrong or right. Article Talk is for questions and replies about the article. Other editors' Talk is for you to ask questions about something they did. Teahouse is for general questions about Wikipedia. Always sign by typing four of ~ at end of your comments. January 2019 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 05:44, 8 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
