Request reason:
So I "user account has been or may be used abusively" by making 3 mistakes according to me which are re edited by others
1) https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Punjab_Sports_University&diff=prev&oldid=933217787 A mistake, which can not be switch back by me because of your (wiki) policy, also EdJohnston (talk) recognised my mistake and my reply was "That was a mistake, turn out it is a UGC approved university. Please revise my mistake because I am unable to do so." (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requested_moves/Technical_requests&diff=933635446&oldid=933226696) P.S.- I do make some more changes, like upload admin office address with UGC's website links to prove etc.
2) Making page of a yet to open university. i.e. Sports University of Haryana. As your own "List of state universities in India" says "State universities are public universities run by the state government of each of the states and territories of India, and are usually established by a local legislative assembly act." and act of this university is passed by local legislative assembly which has a news link proving so. I have no idea it is not allowed to make a upcoming university's page which passed all the legal obligations but not open yet but I got confused because other universities with same status i.e. act passed but not functional are at wiki (Rajasthan Sports University etc.).
3) Making page of a less famous and new sports college i.e. Hari Singh Thapa Sports College, Pithoragarh with only hindi (local) news links to support. It is my bad, I do not find a single english news link to back me. Sorry.
Overall like first one, i made some mistakes in Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya and others too but edited out all of them ( as visible on screen) by myself.

REQUEST- Please move back Homi Bhabha State University to Dr. Homi Bhabha State University or delete it on my behalf. - Jpsorts, I am not an admin, but I really have to comment. If an admin thinks this comment is inappropriate, please remove it. I think you are being disingenuous. You very well know that you are not blocked because of your edits, you are blocked for sock puppetry, because you are using multiple accounts abusively and repeatedly in order to evade a block. Instead of requesting your original account to be unblocked, you first edited with multiple anonymous accounts, and when you needed to create articles, you created other accounts to evade the block. You repeated this abusive behaviour three times. Your edits were given plenty of good faith, but at this point I doubt there is any more of that to give. I think all anyone can offer you now is the standard offer. You keep ignoring advise, but if these subject you mentioned in your request matter to you, please heed this one. --Muhandes (talk) 09:13, 2 January 2020 (UTC)
