There seems to be an article already about this Bengali Wikipedia. Here it is. It is a pretty big thing in the country right now. Do you suggest to instead translate the Bengali page? Such a big thing cannot be just ignored as "not notable" AyazKader (talk) 15:45, 28 February 2024 (UTC)

Plus there is a already a separate article on the current crisis in Maldives-India relations, see 2024 India–Maldives diplomatic row. There is no reason to be not label this as "not notable" as this has already having great impacts on the country as stated and as a Bengali article on this topic already exists.
