This is new to me and bizarre!

Hey Sulfurboy, this is my first Wiki page. Although, i read and understood all the guidelines before writing this wiki page, it would be great if you can tell me more specifically - why winning the highest honor in film industry of India the National Film Award not a significant coverage as per wikipedia page? This award is presented by the President of India annually to the best selected films of a year. This documentary won that award (as cited), hence shouldn't it be on wikipedia?
