Copyright violation - too-close paraphrasing edit
Please watch that you do not copy and paste text into Wikipedia from a copyrighted source as you did at the article Susan B. Anthony abortion dispute. Your text was copied from Mary Krane Derr's writings found in a 1995 book, ProLife Feminism – Yesterday and Today, and in a 1998 journal article, "Herstory Worth Repeating". - Hi, thanks for the heads up on the copyright issue. I think we may be alright because the author's name was given at the beginning of the sentence, and a footnoted citation for the original text was at the end of that sentence. The wikipedia page on close paraphrasing says "Limited close paraphrasing is appropriate within reason, as is quoting (with or without quotation marks), so long as the material is clearly attributed in the text – for example, by adding "John Smith wrote ...," together with a footnote containing the citation at the end of the clause, sentence or paragraph." In any case, to remove any doubt, I have again shortened the sentence but this time using more original English. Thanks, AvelliMach1 (talk) 23:57, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
