Free Library Movement moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Free Library Movement. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and Large sections of the text are devoid of references. More inline citations need to be added. Also the relevance of parts of the text are debatable - how is the Chief Justice Ifould relevant to the Free Library movement?.
