NOTICE:I have published several original artworks of Daniel Pavon Cuellar under permission granted in writing by the artists itself at http://danielpavoncuellar.com/PUBLICDOMAIN.html, around August 2017, his websites, blogs, and also all works released in wikepedia since before 2014, were attacked. It is groundless the claims of the user(s) who requested the deletion, but has taken a behavior to attack all works of the artist released for the benefit of Wikipedia users and legally granting the rights as stated therein. For this purpose is hereby requested all deletions be reinstated, and the user(s) of wikipedia be investigated or removed, since two of these users have removed most the artworks legally released under the license carefully chosen.

NOTICE: Unfortunately, the author release artworks for public domain, for the benefit of wikipedia users and purpose of the wikipedia section, but the author was attacked by a wikipedia user to remove all his artworks and content, and with defamation claim, the author works are not the authors works. The author granted personally all rights to his artworks released, and are his original artworks for him to grant the rights granted. In regards to the wikipedia user who requested the removal, will be right to ask to proviee clear evidence of the false claims he or she made, and the interest to remove the content. Once again and to be clear, the author is suffering from retaliation by a lawsuit he filed active now in Texas Courts at TRAVISCOUNTYCOURT(DOT)COM not against Wikipedia. Therefore, the content is attempted to be removed, should remain. For any purpose contact me directly to provide the signed papers for public domain of such works.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 11:48, 8 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

The statement of been blocked is as follows “You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. “ Background; Around August 2017, With genuine interest for improvement , for building subjects not covered by wikipedia, for education and knowledge purposes, I published several works since 2014: including miniature forests, multidimensional art, the multidimensional art house in Austin Texas etc… Around September 2017, all the material was attacked mainly by two Wikipedia users, making false claims and groundless and in fact damaging the reputation of the artist by claiming his works are not his works, in spite, I republish some of the recent works, they were also attacked. Without insults, but with facts and truth, I replied. Neverthelesss, such replies I cannot not longer find. Therefore, please provide the clear reason why I was blocked, and if possible, why all of the sudden the groundless attack against the works I published and against the author, all original works, all by granted license and legally able to do so, all for education purposes and covering areas that Wikipedia does not have as it is “Multidimensional Art” and will gladly reply further. Granted rights at: http://danielpavoncuellar.com/PUBLICDOMAIN.html All material published in wikipedia were With genuine interest for improvement , for building subjects not covered by wikipedia, for education and knowledge purposes

Decline reason:

For this artist's work to be used on Wikipedia, the artist himself must provide the appropriate permission under at least a CC BY-SA license, sent to WP:OTRS. (In fact I'm not sure it's even legal to give you permission to release his copyright without actually handing over the copyright itself to you - but even if it is, Wikipedia's copyright policy is strict.) Request reason:

THE ORIGINAL CLAIM IS "You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia". THE RESPONSE WAS PROVIDED clearly based on legal facts, the claim is false, nevertheless now comes a new claim: RESPONSE: Copyright is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights for its use and distribution, and were the artist itself Is granting the copyrights to austintexasart, and in turn austintexasart provided the copyrights to wikipedia under the license each of the files were released AND IS LEGALLY ENTITLED TO DO SO. Furthermore, on the day of the last publishing’s, the artist was present to authorize them in person, Thanks for being honest, "you are not sure", but let me set an example… Famous actors or people, or even places, may assign agents or representatives and very doubtfully they will do it in person, do you agree? It is clear all the rights have been granted to publish the files I published, and Either way, this falls out of the scope of the original claim “ to have been blocked and the works removed. The artist personally Granted the rights in writing and publicly at: http://danielpavoncuellar.com/PUBLICDOMAIN.html Austintexasart (talk) 18:34, 8 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This is a procedural decline. As the user continues to submit unblock requests immediately after being declined without addressing any of the issues, the talk page access has been disabled. Alex ShihTalk 03:34, 9 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
