Hello

edit

Hey, Austin, do you ever get onto Wikipedia anymore? (This is Stephanie btw, I came across your account while browsing the history of the DEHTMS article. Say hi to me on my talk page if you read this.) Sue H. Ping (talk contribs) 03:41, 13 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

So you're back

edit

Ah, so you're finally making a couple of edits to Wikipedia after like four months of inactivity. :-) The DEHTMS article is on my watchlist, which is why I noticed you. Out of curiosity, are you ever going to make a userpage? Sue H. Ping (talk contribs) 23:37, 28 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I am back on Wikipedia - I had some free time today, so I thought I would work on the internet presence of DEHTMS. I posted two pictures out of my extensive collection of DEHTMS pics, focusing on the school's architecture. Thanks for the talk - nice to be noticed! Austinpow 01:34, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
I see. Aww, come on, make that userpage prettier. If you have the time, decorate your page with userboxes. See WP:BOX and WP:BOX#Gallery. See you tomorrow, and tinfoil forever! Sue H. Ping (talk contribs) 01:55, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

You don't need to sign your edit summaries

edit

Btw, you don't need to put your signature in your edit summaries; it only shows up as the four tildes, not your signature. Sue H. Ping (talk contribs) 00:07, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Shamus has got an account too!

edit

Hey, Austin, Shamus Hand from school has gotten a Wikipedia account too! I think you know him. Say hi to him at User talk:ShamusHand. Sue H. Ping (talk contribs) 04:01, 2 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

How much time can you spend on Wikipedia?

edit

I am constantly amazed at the amount of time that some people (I wonder who?) spend on Wikipedia. Every time I edit something, it seems that others are immediately on top of it. I'm all for the advancement of human knowledge, but can information turn into an obsession?

Eh, I'm not nearly as bad as a lot of other Wikipedians. In fact, I haven't really been that active recently since my parents disapprove of my Wikipedia activities. I only have maybe a 1000 edits (including my IP edits), most of which are minor. There are some who have a 100,000 edits, most of which aren't minor. I know you think we're crazy, but Wikipedia is only as awesome as it is because most of us Wikipedians tend to be a little obsessive-compulsive when it comes to editing. Maybe you can't relate to this, but Wikipedia is totally addictive. I feel as if I'm using my intelligence for community service. Like, the edits I make will impact articles that are read by thousands. It's sooo addicting. Oh, and I keep an eye on the edits of you and Shamus, which explains why I often immediately edit articles right after you. Btw, don't forget to sign your talk page edits. Sue H. Orphaned non-free media (File:Dehtmsdragoncrest.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Dehtmsdragoncrest.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Werieth (talk) 03:33, 6 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
