Hello, concerned anon! I flagged that article a copyvio on the 23rd, and thus you can find it on Wikipedia:Copyright_problems/2006_August_23/Articles. While material produced by an employee of the federal government in the course of his employment is indeed public domain, not everything on every NASA Web site is PD, and that text's copyright status should be verified by someone with more time than me. IRC cloak

Hi there, thanks for your help regarding my queries about a cloak earlier.

From WP:ICV it says:

1. Registered your primary IRC nick. (This is also called the "master nick" and should be the one you plan to use most often.)
2. Registered a second nick, and linked it to the main nick using the "link" command.
3. Set an email address for your nick. (You may choose to hide this from public view for security.)

All three done.

If it's okay, I'd like a wikimedia/NSLE cloak.

Per recent discussions, the way in which Persondata is viewed by Wikipedia editors has changed. In order to continue viewing Persondata in Wikipedia articles, please edit your user CSS file to display table.persondata rather than table.metadata. Wikipedia's tagline

Hi. I noticed that you participated in a 2005/2006 discussion and straw poll on whether or not the tagline at the top of all Wikipedia articles should be changed from "From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" to "From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit". I don't know if you're still interested in this issue or not, but this exact change has been proposed once again, this time at the Village pump, and there is currently a RFC (Request for Comment) where it is being discussed. Credo Reference Update & Survey (your opinion requested)

Credo Reference, who generously donated 400 free Credo 250 research accounts to Wikipedia editors over the past two years, has offered to expand the program to include 100 additional reference resources. Credo wants Wikipedia editors to select which resources they want most. So, we put together a quick survey to do that:

It also asks some basic questions about what you like about the Credo program and what you might want to improve.

If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
