{{hangon}}

Hello Bidgee I was expanding further on the first paragraph which is not quiet correct, as I had detailed in the paragraph. Central Australia is considered more than what is shown in that first paragraph. Whilst Central Australia has no real defined borders, today it is used to cover a wider territory. In additiona at the top of the Central Australia page it ask for "adding citations to reliable sources". I consider myself a reliable source as I live in Central Australia and crossed linked it to information I write for the website. Thank you. Ausemade (talk) 07:53, 23 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Ausemade edit

A tag has been placed on Ausemade requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TrulyBlue (talk) 10:46, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

July 2008 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and I am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy for the following reason: NO REASON GIVEN. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?

I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.

You have several options freely available to you:

Hi TrulyBlue

Yes, my username does reflect my connection with the website. As I also contribute content from the site to Wiki, I wanted to show a bit of history about the word "Ausemade" which is not a dictionary word. I also thought it would help me tie things together when I contribute more content to wiki on various subjects, as well as providing access to some of the many images available from the site. I can use a different username, but then when I add more content about different topics that was the username I would add it under.
Your advice appreciated...
I have just read the Username policy and will change my username. Ausemade (talk) 11:19, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Red Centre edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Red Centre, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Gurt Posh (talk) 06:44, 23 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

  Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Central Australia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Bidgee (talk) 07:29, 23 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
