May I ask what I did wrong to be determined as a sock puppet? Was it this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._history_of_alcohol_minimum_purchase_age_by_state I edited it because I thought what it said 1961 raised to 21 for all would sound better shortened. I am brand new and I do not see anything I can think of that would make me a sock. I would like a second option from another user/admin aside from mr Bbb23 I have been block as sock even though all I did was change the wording of a sentence on one of my first edits. Is it the ip? Because this is public wifi and a few people use it. I hope I did not accidently do something that would make people think I was one.

I have not been given a reason why I have been blocked. like I said above a lot of people use this Wi-Fi, and all I did was change the wording of a sentence on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._history_of_alcohol_minimum_purchase_age_by_state ( 1961 raised to 21 for all) because I thought it would sound better shortened. First off multiple people use this Wi-Fi connection like most do which means that all have the same public ip address, so unless you can see through a computer or see a mac address of computer or computers which you cant since it only broadcast on the local network and never goes past the router, you do not no that know they are abusing multiple accounts, or are even the same person and are just guessing. Second I have not done anything wrong, it is my first account I created it edited and got banned for no good reason. If there was someone on this ip who got banned for it has nothing to do with me or anyone else who is not them, I did not do anything in the under 24hrs I had this account that would indicate I could be a sock of anyone. Apparently thou you are all paranoid about this ip for some reason, so I will just sort it with the people who own the connection I am using so they can sort it out with the isp or something. Since it is not fair others get punished for something someone else did, and I am guessing this is not a isolated incident and could have happened before, since a lot of people use this connection, so they most likely have a solution for it like changing the ip until then thou have fun being paranoid and blocking innocent users I will try to inform as much people as I can who like using this connection not to edit on wiki until the ip changes because someone who used it caused some damage here apparently so they can avoid any accounts they create blocked. pleasure talking with you all goodbye.
