If a page needs a complete rearrangement... edit

If I find a page out of sense, and I want to completely rearrange it. Should I consult with someone first?
- Some will point to WP:BRD and suggest that you be bold, go ahead and do it, but be prepared that if it is reverted, you will have to discuss it.
- In the situation you mention, however, I think it is better to go to the article talk page, explain your plan for change, ideally with a sample version of the revised organization, and wait a bit to see if there is any discussion first.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 13:02, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
Including amino acid sequence in a Wikipedia article is a big no-no edit
I've never seen a human being with the ability to simulate protein folding without a computer, but even so such a person will not represent an average wikipedia reader. What a primary/secondary school student will think about biology, after seeing that sequence... "Knowing raw data is more important, than understanding" is not what we should communicate!
