Unless you have explicitly obtained the rights to the photo and have a release from the photographer transfering their copyright to you in toto the release needs to come from the photographer. If the work has been released by the photographer under a compatible license elsewhere then documenting that is also acceptable. WP:COPYOTHERS] has more information on that. At the risk of being accused of "outing" you, I will state that you have contacted me by telephone and told me who you are. You undoubtedly have a CoI and, despite your claim above, I consider that your activities here almost certainly count as paid editing which you have not properly declared.

I have moved your article back to draft space. Please wait for it to be properly reviewed. Do not copy it back to mainspace. • Correct, I did phone you and wanted to get some recommendations on how to improve the article, but the line got disconnected for some reason. I am a journalist and it is very improbable that I can benefit from a book which is free. I write about things that are interesting for me. It is not my first article, among other articles I wrote Katagans , Kutlug-Buga , Manasology , The legend of Slovene and Ruse, The Greatness of the Sword. Your English is very good but you need to learn the difference between cite, sight and site. I agree that with Katagans for example it is difficult to see how you might have any CoI. But when I see your name and mug shot on a site associated with the Non-compromised Pendulum, I say that is prima facie evidence of CoI. • Roger, thank you for the advice, but the whole point is that the Non-compromised Pendulum is not a commercial project, the book is not sold, it is a tribute in the memory of Cus D'Amato, it can be downloaded by anybody in Google Books https://books.google.com.ua/books?id=hABrDwAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover&hl=ru#v=onepage&q&f=false and I am a volunteer of the project, I don't receive any kind of financial or/and non-financial benefit from it. The same applies for the wikipedia, I am a volunteer in here just the way you are and spend my own time to create articles on the topics I know and find interesting. I found your choice of PRhese as a possible "sponsor" rather curious. He seems to be more concerned with general quality control rather than specifically boxing topics. Instead, look at the main section of category:boxing books. It lists six books. Three of them were created in 2003/2004 by the same person. He is still active. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
