{{help me}}

I need help to format my page. I have the info, bolding done but want to add boxes and tables?

Hello, you may wish to read WP:CHEATSHEET, which would help. Also, Help:Tables. It's difficult to explain code in one sitting.  fetchcomms 23:33, 4 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Also, if this is for a userpage, try the WP:User page design center.  fetchcomms 23:36, 4 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
The Table of contents will appear by itself if there are more than 3 sections in a page. The "template" you want is Template:Infobox.  fetchcomms 00:00, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
That depends. Could you give me a link? Maybe try WP:YFA. Also, please sign your posts by adding ~~~~ and do not use the helpme template unless you are asking for general help on your own page. Thanks,  fetchcomms 00:35, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Again, please sign your posts. Are you Adam or User:AdamHHurstfield? The article is not ready, I think. You need to add reliable sources and cite them, per WP:CITE. Also, you should write from a neutral point of view, WP:NPOV. Without these, it has little chance of survival. Again, please tell me if you are Adam, User:AdamHHurstfield, or are affiliated with Adam. Thanks,  fetchcomms 00:40, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

You need to see WP:COI, the article sounds like advertising right now. Also, you probably can't change your username, they only do that for people who have made significant contributions, not new editors who made the wrong username. I'm sorry, but your article needs a fundamental rewrite with sources.  fetchcomms 00:45, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I can't help you with a name change, and it will take several days, if it even happens, which is quite unlikely. See WP:CHU.  fetchcomms 00:50, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
That page is deleted. Plesae do not recreate it either, it will be deleted immediately if you do. Sorry,  fetchcomms 01:44, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Also, are you Users AmberHopeEyre or Cravejr?  fetchcomms 01:46, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Youre person has not sources and it is advertising. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Adam_Hurstfield? It was deleted. You cannot recreate again with the similar info, or it will be deleted immediately.  fetchcomms 01:49, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Adam does not appear to meet WP:MUSICBIO and he is not notable and we need sources to prove that it is all true, so I think there is little chance of survival for this article. I also need a link to the saved version of the article to see. Please also realize that companies writing articles for people is very much discouraged.  fetchcomms 02:08, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure you understand. Other people write articles, they are not posted by or for the subject. For example, Barack Obama did not ask someone to write his own page, another user decided to do it themself. Let me repeat, companies and people should not post information about themselves. I need the link to the page to see what next to do. You ought to see WP:YFA for help.  fetchcomms 02:22, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Look at Timbaland. It has a section called references. That is key. You need to have those to prove that all the info in the article is correct. Also, I don't think Adam H. is notable enough. Did he meet the requirements at WP:MUSICBIO or WP:BAND?  fetchcomms 02:24, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Business affairs contact? Let me please be very very clear: Wikipedia is run by volunteers. We do not have "business affairs contacts" nor do we post promotional material made by a company. I am afraid that your page simply does not meet our requirements and would be deleted shortly.  fetchcomms 02:28, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hello. I am not sure you understand. The posting process is very easy. What is not easy is writing the article correctly, which I am not sure you understand. Here is the list:
  1. Does Adam H. pass the criteria here? If yes, go to the next step. If no, stop, the article will be deleted.
  2. Do you have reliable sources to back up the info. Reliable sources are things like news articles. If yes, go to next step. If no, stop, the article will be deleted.
  3. Is the article written from a neutral point of view? if you read it, and sounds like advertising, it is not written as such. If yes, go to next step. If no, stop, the article will be deleted.
  4. When all three steps are done, you can simply create the article by clicking the save button.

If you need more help, come to the IRC help channel. See: …By the looks of your question, I think it would be best to have you log on to IRC. This way I can get others on #wikipedia-en-help to help you in addition to me. This link will direct you to a web based IRC client. This way you don't have to download anything to talk to us! We are waiting for you.  fetchcomms 02:55, 5 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, it appears that the above conversation has explained nothing. You still have no reliable sources, and still sounds like advertising. If you still do not address these concerns, I would ask that you please refrain from asking me to review it.  fetchcomms 00:43, 8 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
