Welcome!

Hello, Ashesposito, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Me Too Movement

edit

Hi! I wanted to give you a quick head's up about the Me Too Movement page. This is a controversial topic on both Wikipedia and elsewhere, so the page is the focus of increased scrutiny. What this means for you is just that any additions have to be very well researched and sourced. My recommendation is that if you have any major changes, bring them up on the talk page first so that the people who watch the page will have a good idea of what you're doing. This will provide an opportunity for good feedback from the community. I hope that this doesn't discourage you - I just wanted to make sure that you're aware of this.
