March 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Ashby Magna has been reverted.
Your edit here to Ashby Magna was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://leicesterwalk.tripod.com/routes/walk015.htm) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. The information was removed from the Ashby Magna page as it appeared to be a copyright violation and had been listed at WP:CP without resolution for seven days. As we do not verify account credentials at account creation we currently have no possible way of verifying that you are indeed the copyright holder. Hence to protect Wikipedia the information has been removed until we can verify that the information was added by the copyright holder. To do this you should e-mail the address above. This is a slightly odd case as the source is not a website / book or similar so verification may be harder than normal. I am a member of the team that deals with such e-mails but am currently travelling so will probably be unable to deal with it but if you e-mail that address someone will help you do the verification - my guess would be sending them the original word document would be enough (it would be for me) but that will be down to the volunteer(s) that deal with it. Sorry for the extra convenience but unfortunately there is no choice if we wish to protect Wikipedia. Dpmuk (talk) 22:15, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
