Suggestion for Sorting the History Section

The history section starts off with a list sorted by decade, featuring a paragraph for the 1980s and a paragraph for the 1990s. The section then begins being sorted by footage type, with a paragraph for DV, HD, 4K, and 8K. To make this section of the article more cohesive, the entire history section should be sorted chronologically by decade. For example, there can be a paragraph for the 2000s which contains DV and HD, and a paragraph for the 2010s which contains 4K and 8K.
