I dream of horses pinged me about your query. Your user name shows you have an obvious conflict of interest, please don't write about yourself your friends or relations, and read the guidance below

• you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that he meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the him or his organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the he claims or interviewing him. Most, if not all of your refs did not meet those criteria, even the Times of India was just quoting him
• Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
• you must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Yours was highly promotional eg... Under the leadership of Dr. Bhalla... heralded a revolution in education.... Being the visionary he was plus a list of unlinked and unsourced awards
• there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
• you must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. The username was created with his name just to ensure data confidentiality with the specific user account. Apart from this, all the data is provided with valid active links from other websites.

First, stop posting article material on your user page. It's been deleted three times now under WP:NOTWEBHOST, i f you abuse that page again, I'll protect it so you can't edit it at all.

The fact that you have created an account that impersonates him suggests that you have an undeclared conflict of interest and you must declare it. If he was a friend, relative or colleague, you shouldn't write about him yourself. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation associated with him, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Aryavirbhalla. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Aryavirbhalla|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. You said it's well prepared, but that's clearly not true. Much of the text is unreferenced, and some of your references are just reporting what he said, so not independent third-part sources. All your references were incomplete and were bare urls. None of the supposed awards were either linked or referenced.

I said that you must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, but yours was full of unsourced claims and opinions, such as He was well known for the unparalleled growth of education... Through his efforts and focus... Through his vision and leadership... heralded a revolution in education... Being the visionary he was... and so, it's a fan page, not an encyclopaedia article.

But the awards received section is available on some other websites (reference url is given) as well, so it can be verified from there. Also, the user page i created was initially submitted for deletion by some admin but after the appropriate changes it was approved and was live since many days. But unexpectedly, it is deleted again.
